How do I order online?
Simply click on the product you want and add it to your cart. Don't forget to include your ring size or preferred finish where available.
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through PayPal to ensure a safe transaction.
Once your item has been sent we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package's shipment.
We ship worldwide to anywhere that has a decent postal service. Just make sure to select your country during check out and update your cart total to see the total amount before paying.
Can I come to your showroom and view the jewellery?
Yes, Niza Huang is part of JeDeCo, a jewellery collective gallery located at the OXO Tower on London's Southbank. It's a permanent showroom space open 7 days a week. You will be able to see a bit of everything from Niza's all collections. Please feel free to visit during the shop opening hours.

How do I use a promo code?
From time to time we may offer promotional voucher codes, either on our own website or through our carefully selected partners. These can be redeemed on the basket page. Terms & Conditions apply.
I don't know my ring size, what should I do?
To obtain your ring size you can go to your local jewellery shop to have your finger sized. Measuring your finger with string or paper will not produce accurate measurements; order at your own risk if using sizes obtained in this manner.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the size ordered is the size that fits them best, we cannot be held responsible for ill fit if the ring has been made to the size ordered. We will charge for re-sizing if you ordered the wrong size.

Do you do rush orders?
We understand that sometimes there is a need for last minute 'emergency' orders, so we can try our best to accommodate rush orders.
Please get in touch for your enquiry, and we will see what we can do for you. Of course, it's always best to allow as much time as you possibly can for production especially in the case of Made to Order items.
Can I have my jewellery delivered today?
Yes, we can use the London Same Day Delivery. Please email email@example.com if you need to use this service.
My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
If your delivery has been delayed, then please use the tracking code we provided to get in touch with the couriers. Most of the time, they will provide you with the reason why it's delayed. If this can not resolve the issue, please contact us and we will help to investigate with the Royal Mail and DHL.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Niza Huang Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes. Our bespoke service provides personal consultation with our design, to create one-off pieces of jewellery that you will treasure forever.
Do you offer an engraving service?
Yes. We offer a customised engraving service. Please add Note upon check out, we will be in touch to discuss your desired personalisation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
I really like this but I would like it in a different colour/finish/material
We love working to custom orders, so we would be happy to customise any of our existing designs to suit your preference.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes, we welcome wholesale orders. Wholesale and distributor rates are available based on larger orders or by special arrangement. If you are interested to become one of our stockists please contact email@example.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
Do you accept repair jobs?
We only accept requests for repair jobs for our own products

Can you resize my ring?
We only accept requests for resizing for our own products
Prices for resizing will vary according to the size and material, so please get in touch to make your enquiry.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We would be happy to include complimentary gift wrap with your purchase. Simply let us know in Note to Designer upon check out and we would be happy to accommodate.
What is gold plating?
When a piece is gold plated, it has been coated with layers of gold. Overwear and tear, this layer of gold will eventually wear off to reveal the material underneath.
Each product listing will clearly tell you what the material under the gold layer is. In our case, it is usually sterling silver.
For a small charge, we will be happy to re-plate any items you have previously purchased from us.
With proper care and maintenance, gold plated jewellery can last for years. Feel free to ask us for tips!
Do you accept returns?
Our full Return Policy can be found on the Exchange & Return Policy page, please have a thorough read before making a purchase.
We only accept returns on Ready to Ship items (excluding pierced items such as Earrings) providing the item has been returned unused and unworn within 7 days from receipt and is in its original condition. Made to Order, Bespoke, as well as Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Every piece has been handcrafted with care. We would never send out a piece that we didn't believe you would love. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we'd like to hear from you so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
