Returns Policy

Whilst all care is taken when packing goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by email to contact@nizahuang.com within 2 working days of receiving of goods to discuss your situation.

We are a small independent business, and most of our products are made to order; therefore, for any MADE TO ORDER return, we will charge 30% of the price for labour and materials cost. 

If you are unhappy with the READY TO SHIP items you have ordered for any reason, we will accept the return of unused items subject to the following criteria: (Please note that we do not accept returns of earrings for hygienic reasons and any bespoke pieces.)

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

  • Items must be in their original, unused, unsoiled condition.

  • Items must be sent in their original packaging.

  • Niza Huang Jewellery does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process, please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.

  • Jewellery boxes should be protected and returned undamaged, as they are considered intrinsic to the product. Damage to the box may render the item ineligible for refund.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns of earrings for hygienic reasons and any bespoke pieces.

Please always contact us (contact@nizahuang.com) before sending the pieces back. Please always post it by tracking, as we don't take any responsibility for any lost during transit. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to cover return postage costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We will however happily ship any exchange items free of charge.

Once we have taken receipt of your return we aim to process the Exchange or Refund within 7 working days. If you require an exchange of a faulty item and we have stock available, a replacement will be sent out.

If you opt for a refund, we will process and refund the full amount minus the postage plus £5 handling fee to cover the cost of the return. If you opt for an online credit note, we will minus the postage only. Costumer is responsible of postage regarding refund or exchange and also import tax. Please feel free to contact us personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
