Whilst all care is taken when packing goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by email to email@example.com within 2 working days of receiving of goods to discuss your situation. We are a small independent business, and most of our products are made to order; therefore, for any MADE TO ORDER return, we will charge 30% of the price for labour and materials cost. We accept requests for returning full priced READY TO SHIP items excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.
Goods can be exchanged/refunded within 7 days of receiving of goods. Please always contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) before sending the pieces back. All goods should be returned to NIZA HUANG, Unit6, 2-16 Bayford Street, London, UK. E8 3SE in the same state as received and in original packaging with a copy of your order. Please always post it by tracking, as we don't take any responsibility for any lost during transit. When the goods are returned to us, your required new order is posted to you or a refund is being paid into your account. Costumer is responsible of postage regarding refund or exchange and also import tax. Please feel free to contact us personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
